Cancellation Policy

This service provides filming and guidance for a self-tape submission within a set session time. Multiple scenes may be filmed where required, and you may complete as many takes as needed within the booked time frame. The session includes guidance on performance, framing, eyeline, and preparation. This service does not include video editing, uploading, or submission of the self-tape. Clients are expected to arrive on time for their booked session. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time and additional time cannot be added, unless extra time has been booked in advance. WAoSA Full-Training Members receive one self-tape filming session included per month, subject to availability. Included sessions reset monthly and cannot be carried over. WAoSA reserves the right to review or amend this inclusion with reasonable notice. Refunds & Cancellations: Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a booked session, are non-refundable and will count as a used session where applicable. Refunds are not issued for late arrivals or unused time within a session. Bookings are non-transferable and subject to availability.
