About the event
The world is full-on. Pressure comes from all directions — work, expectations, finances, family, social media, the constant sense that you should be doing more or doing better. It’s no wonder so many of us end up feeling overwhelmed, worn down, or quietly questioning ourselves. This session exists to help take some of that weight off.
We’re welcoming Stifyn Parri (Hafiach, Dear John, Les Mis, Brookside) who has spent over 40 years working with people in high-pressure environments — from creatives and freelancers to public figures and professionals across all walks of life. He understands what it’s like to carry responsibility, uncertainty, and self-doubt, and how important it is to stay grounded when life feels unpredictable.
This session is about honesty, reassurance, and practical tools you can actually use. You’ll explore things like:
Looking after yourself in a world that rarely slows down
Handling rejection, criticism, and setbacks without losing…
