DEAN FAGAN

Founder & Director

Dean, an actor with over a decade of experience, has appeared on notable networks like BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Sky, and more. His extensive background in the world of TV and film makes him a valuable source of knowledge and support. He's been fortunate to collaborate and learn from esteemed industry professionals, including Stephen Graham, Brenda Blethyn, Sean Bean, Paul Mescal, and the legendary Ridley Scott. Dean's aim is to share this wealth of experience to help both aspiring and seasoned actors excel in their craft at Wrexham Academy of Screen Acting.

LOUISE PRIDDING

Co-Founder & Director

Louise, a distinguished alumna of Salford University with a BA (Hons) in Performing Arts, brings a wealth of experience to the table and has appeared in various shows across multiple networks.

Louise has a profound understanding of film and television, enabling her to discern authenticity within performances, and gives her an unwavering commitment to nurturing budding actors to achieve a passion for excellence in the craft.

RUBY SNAPE

Co-Director & Tutor

Ruby is a Guildford School of Acting alumna with over 30 years’ experience as a professional actor, working across film, television, and theatre.

Her screen work includes leading and supporting roles in a wide range of productions, and she brings a deep understanding of the demands of the industry both on set and in long-term career development.

As part of the WAoSA team, Ruby draws on her extensive experience to support actors at all stages of their training, offering practical insight, thoughtful guidance, and a grounded approach to screen performance.

LAURA NOCK

Social Media Executive

Laura oversees WAoSA's online presence and digital communications.

Alongside her role, she is also a working actor who continues to train at WAoSA, giving her a clear understanding of the challenges and realities actors face.

She recently won Best Actress at the Lie Feed Film Festival for her work on screen.

Her experience across acting, training, and digital storytelling helps ensure WAoSA’s online voice is honest, supportive, and closely connected to the creative community in Wrexham.
